DFL CD5 Convention A Success
Delegates to the DFL 5th District Convention On April 26,
2008 officially endorsed Keith Ellison for re-election to the
US House of Representatives.  

The convention also elected
officers and directors for
2008-2010, DFL State Party
Commission members and
Pre-Convention Party
Committee members and
Presidential
Elector/Alternate.  Delegates within groups
supporting Senators Clinton and Obama for the
Democratic nomination for President also elected
delegates to the Democratic National Convention in
Denver.
